Parenting Responsibilities Evaluations (PRE)

A Parenting Responsibilities Evaluator is licensed professional authorized by the state of Colorado to provide a full-family evaluation of the unique dynamics of the family and any special needs of any family member. This requires a series of interviews of each parent and each child individually and conjointly. This also includes psychological testing and interviews with collateral witnesses. A report is submitted to the court to assist in the determination of parenting responsibilities, to include parenting time and decision making in the best interest in the children. This is usually concluded within 120 days.

Child and Family Investigations (CFI)

This is a brief, focused, and concise investigation, which investigates the specific issues ordered by the court. A report is submitted typically within 90 days.
